Agency Account Director

Exit Bee is looking for a highly motivated, deal-oriented overachiever Agency Account Director. You will be responsible for driving direct revenue by leveraging Exit Bee’s unique approach to advertising for brands and media agencies in the UK.

You’ll be joining a team in a high-growth mode and help some of the biggest brands in the world redefine the boundaries of display advertising and run unique campaigns that achieve tens of times the performance of traditional ad formats.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a large pipeline of leads to drive incremental revenue
  • Build relationships with brands and agency contacts to introduce and explain the power of Exit Bee’s behavioural advertising platform
  • Leverage your existing key relationships
  • Uncover client’s needs, desires and objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
  • Clearly communicate client’s objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely solution
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign delivery and help set the expectation for future potential growth
  • Feedback to product, marketing and management internally
  • Accurately plan and forecast new business and revenue booked
  • After six months, you’ll be an essential part of the UK sales team, exceeding revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company required
  • Previous technology platform experience a huge plus
  • Understanding and knowledge of the ad-tech, display advertising and programmatic landscape and related technologies
  • Strong relationships with decision makers at top-tier agencies and/or brands
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven track record of building a new business pipeline and closing sales within the digital media space
  • Understanding of business intelligence to monitor and identify trends and use that data to help your clients make the best decisions regarding their marketing goals
  • Original thinking and the ability to bring a new perspective and/or ideas
