Exit Bee is looking for a highly motivated, customer-obsessed Account Manager to support and contribute to the success of our clients and partners in Southeast Europe. You will work alongside Sales Managers to support and lead the success of our clients.
You’ll be joining a team in a high-growth mode and help some of the biggest brands in the world redefine the boundaries of display advertising and run unique campaigns that achieve tens of times the performance of traditional ad formats.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients
- Manage every aspect of an ad campaign, including kick-off calls, gathering of all required assets, launch, monitoring and reporting
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management
- Having good knowledge of our product you should be able to pitch and educate our leads and clients
- Create presentations and be comfortable with presenting proposals, recommendations and data-driven insights
- Analyse key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes to increase performance
- Gradually build your own pipeline
- Truly care to understand our customers’ challenges and goals. Then work closely with Product and Marketing to share insights, to identify opportunities to improve products and/or new solutions for clients and increase customer satisfaction
- Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates
- Keep our CRM updated
Requirements
- 1-2 years of client-facing experience in the digital media and/or online publisher space
- Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising landscape
- Being able to effectively prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- An obsession for detail
- You’re comfortable with digging through data, working with spreadsheets to draw out impactful insights
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- You are resourceful, bright, proactive and work well independently and as part of a team
- Hungry to achieve revenue goals
